When are hub rings needed? If the wheel center bore is larger than the vehicle hub, hub rings (centering rings) are needed to center the wheel on the hub. If the wheel is not centered correctly, vibrations can occur and the vehicle may be damaged.
6 mm hub rings are used where the depth of the wheel center or hub is shallower than normal. This applies to some special BBS and MOMO wheels. The easiest way to check is to measure the depth of the wheel center.
Note that these rings should only be used when standard hub rings do not work!
Our hub rings are available in all sizes. The first measurement (XX.X) is the diameter of the wheel center bore and the second measurement (XX.X) is the diameter of the vehicle hub.
