Yes, you will hardly ever have to talk about this summer. But believe it or not, it is soon time for winter tires. Firstly, there are different types of tires. Double tires may be used: October 1, 2015 – April 15, 2016 Winter tire requirements apply: December 1, 2015 – March 31, 2016 There are different types of tires and you have what is popularly called year-round tires you can of course use these all year round. However, these are, in our experience, both a little slower in the summer and in the winter. A winter tire (also year-round tires) must have at least 3mm pattern depth during the period when the winter tire law applies. So remember to change tires in time, and save money in otherwise expensive fines.
